Consider preparing one set of questions for your past litigation clients and one set for your new collaborative clients.
Then, begin to schedule appointments with past clients to discuss whether they would be willing to give you testimonials. Take them to lunch to do this or buy them a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Catch up with them first. How have they been since their divorce or since you rendered them your services? Have their lives improved? You will be shocked and amazed at how willing your former clients will be to help you help others.
